1. Return Eligibility

• If there is any issue with the product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
• Products can be returned immediately with delivery charges paid by the customer.
• The product must be fresh, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Stained, dirty, or used products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Contact our customer support team via Messenger or Hotline to initiate a return request.
• Provide order details and images of the product if required.
• Return the product via the designated courier service at the given address.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
  a. If the product is out of stock after the order is placed.
  b. If you received a wrong or defective product.
• Refunds will be processed via Bkash/Nagad/Mobile Recharge.
• Cash-on-delivery payments are non-refundable, but exchanges may be allowed.
• Refunds may take 5-7 working days to process.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed if the received product is defective or incorrect.
• The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Customers must bear the delivery charge for exchanges unless it was a mistake from our end.
